MENTORING PROGRAMME
The mentoring commitment can be tailored to your needs, but usually contains the following content:
· 2 x 1hr workshops per month for target setting and actions. Can be either F2F (if client will travel) or phone/Skype.
· Consultation by phone between monthly workshops at prescribed times
· Copies of templates and guidance documents to aid client’s journey
· Contacts in the industry to accelerate your journey – Phil's own professional contacts
· Copies of reading material for constant learning during gym/driving supplied as hyperlinks
· Evaluation of up to 5 sales deals per month to aid turning decisions into action, in sectors such as BTL, R2R, SA, BRR.

In return for passing on my 25 years of property experience I would expect you to come to each month's session fully prepared with your own notes and questions, and to fulfil all agreed actions toward achieving very specific and realistic goals.
