We convert commercial and residential property from one type into another: for example taking a former fire station and converting it into a Co-Living space, or converting a commercial building into mixed use.

We also take existing properties that may consist of multiple units or be of mixed use (e.g. commercial/residential) and subdivide them, creating separate titles to each individual unit. The separate units can then be sold individually or refinanced creating additional value. It is often possible during this process to add additional units to the property; for example subdividing a large flat into two smaller flats.
